Cancellation Policy
📋 Custom Private Event Policy Custom Private Events are perfect for weddings, corporate outings, shuttle services, retreats, and other personalized experiences. Due to the advanced planning and time commitment these events require, the following policies apply: ✅ Booking Requirements: A minimum of 2 consecutive hours must be booked for any custom private event. Events must be booked at least 14 days in advance. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. A signed rental agreement must be completed outlining event details, including times, pickup/drop-off locations, and any add-ons. ❌ Cancellation Policy: 14+ days notice: Full refund of deposit. 7–13 days notice: 50% refund of deposit. 6 days or less: Deposit is non-refundable. One date change is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. 🕒 Timing & Overtime: Custom events must adhere to agreed start/end times. Overtime fees apply for any overage beyond the scheduled time (typically $150–$250/hour, depending on the event type and day). ✨ Custom Add-Ons & Services: Decor, shuttle loops, multiple locations, or themed setups must be discussed in advance. Additional charges may apply for custom setup, extended mileage, or special requests. 🚐 Alcohol & Safety: Alcohol is allowed for guests 21+, but excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of service with no refund. The booking party is responsible for the conduct of all passengers.
