Our Policies & Terms

We want your experience with the Hocking Hills Event Ride to be unforgettable, in the best way. Please review our policies below before booking. These ensure smooth planning, clear communication, and a great time for everyone on board.

Booking Policy

To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before your event. You must be 21+ to bring or consume alcohol onboard.

  • A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings.

  • The person booking will be held responsible for all guest conduct and damages.

  • A valid ID and credit card are required at booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation guidelines:

  • 14+ days before event: Full refund of deposit

  • 7–13 days before event: 50% refund of deposit

  • Within 6 days of event: Deposit is non-refundable

🚨 Note: In the event of severe weather or unsafe road conditions, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their booking up to 72 hours in advance through our online system.


Within 72 hours, please get in touch with us directly to request a reschedule—approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to a rescheduling fee or availability.

Waitlist Policy

If your preferred date or time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist by contacting us directly. We’ll notify you if a slot opens, in the order requests are received.

Custom Private Event Policy

For weddings, corporate outings, shuttle loops, and other personalized rentals, the following applies:

  • Minimum Booking Time: 2 consecutive hours required

  • Booking Deadline: Must be scheduled 14+ days in advance

  • Deposit: 50% due at booking; balance due 7 days prior

  • Overtime: Additional time beyond the scheduled end will be charged at $150–$250/hour

  • Changes: One date change allowed with 7+ days notice

All custom events require a signed agreement outlining exact pickup/drop-off times, number of stops, and any add-ons (decor, shuttle loops, etc.).

Alcohol & Behavior Policy

  • Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+ only

  • No glass containers

  • Excessive intoxication, unruly behavior, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of service with no refund
